MALAXEN BORDA

THE HOUSE

A PIECE OF HISTORY OF BASQUE COUNTRY

Malaxenborda is a farmhouse dating from 1709, its Basque name means ‘house of the vines’.  It was built from the same stone as the church in the nearby village of Urrugne.

In 2015 the house was restored and modernised while at the same time preserving its essence and soul. It now incorporates two extremely comfortable apartments.

The house is situated in beautiful wooded countryside, but is only 15 minutes walk from the little beach in Sokoa and 5 minutes walk from the coastal footpath that leads towards Biarritz.

If you are searching for somewhere to take a break and recharge your batteries, Malaxenborda awaits you, offering a spellbinding and unforgettable escape.

Welcome to Malaxenborda!
